Louisiana Civil Engineering Confrence and Show

The Louisiana Civil Engineering Conference and Show (Fall Conference) still has an open invitation to speakers. The speaker invitation form is attached below.

On Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner, LA, Lt. General Honore' will give the keynote address at this year's LA Civil Engineering Conference and Show. The topic will be "See First, Understand First, Act First: Leadership and Preparedness in the 21st Century". Immediately following the luncheon and keynote address, General Honore' will be signing his book, "Survival - How a Culture of Preparedness Can Save You and Your Family from Disasters".

The New Orleans Branch will soon be announcing the 2009 New Orleans Branch award recipients. Each of the award recipients will be nominated to the Louisiana Section awards for their respective category. A luncheon will be held in their honor in July. Details to be announced shortly.
