Baton Rouge, La. (ASCE-LA) - The Louisiana Section has recently been notified by ASCE National that it was selected as the 2008 National Outstanding Newsletter Award winner for large Sections and Branches. The award will be presented at the Regions 1, 2, 4 and 5 Multi-Region Conference on February 6 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This the second national journal award that the Louisiana Section has received within the last three years, also being recognized as the 2006 Journal Award winner as well.
