DOTD Project Delivery Stages: Highway Construction from Start to Finish
Recently DOTD adopted a new process for the project delivery lifecycle. This new process consists of seven stages and covers planning and professional activities from initial preliminary assessment of the project to its final construction and operation. This seminar is designed to educate transportation professionals on the basics of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development Highway Project Delivery Process. This seven-stage project delivery system takes an integrated, multi-disciplinary team approach to managing and delivering projects, streamlining an often complex process. A good understanding of the Project Delivery Stages will increase the quality and productivity of DOTD projects. This seminar is intended for all professionals who get involved in DOTD projects at any stage.
