Hey Mathcounts volunteers!

The annual Mathcounts contest is scheduled for Saturday, February 6, 2010 at UNO in Kirshcmann Hall . This is the same building as last year. We need six proctors and three runners plus other volunteers to help in other capacities.

Proctors are expected to arrive at 8:00 a.m., Mathaletes (the students) register at 8:00, and come upstairs at 9:00. We finish around noon. Lunch is provided. After lunch, you are welcome to watch the Countdown Round which is always an amazing display of very smart kids.

If you are available for the 2010 contest please reply as soon as you can. Some of you have already told me you are planning to serve, but please reply anyway … I don’t trust my memory.
